Elearning challenge_Using blurred backgrounds in Elearning

Design is limitless. We have it at our own disposal. In particular Visual Design has a big part in solving problems in e-learning.

This week’s challenge is focussed on Visual Design. It’s about using blur backgrounds in e-learning.

It’s up to a creative mind to use design elements effectively and drive advantages out of it.

This time, we’ve decided to show two different ways blur effect can be used in e-learning. In the first one, we blurred the image of a bike and put some hotspots for learners to click and learn. In the other one, we just blurred half of the image, and let learners guess the blurred part from the options given at the top of the screen.

Design

We used an image of a bike on a plain background, kept it blur. It’s overall a very simple design with much focus on blur effect.

Technology

We’ve developed this demo using Articulate Storyline. This helps to realise the effective use of blur designs while developing e learning courses.
