Analyse all of your responsibilities, know their importance and begin to work on them, heeding to the way they are prioritized.

Put efforts highly focusing to have results. Work with clear ambition to succeed, with a motive to bring desired results, focus only on the goals of your work and let it not waver. In the process of reaching the goals, there will always be difficult times that deviate us, but do not emphasize them, but set your eyes on grabbing the goal at the right time.

Set time lines and have leisure from your work. Have time lines for each of your work and endeavor to complete it within the time. And when it’s done, spent some time in your favourite thing, it will act as an energy booster and keeps you all well for your next task.

Never learn to procrastinate, it steals the interest. When you begin to procrastinate things you begin to lose interest, and you cannot make it effective enough to drive outcome. However hectic, it’s better not to keep today’s things for tomorrow.

Learn to multi-task. Multitasking keeps you away from boredom and makes you efficient in doing many things at a time. Multitasking reduces work load, when one begin to spend time on different responsibilities and proceed further in many aspects at a single stretch.

Thus motivation is the initiator of employee engagement, efficient accomplishing of tasks, talent retention,    enhancing customer loyalty and balloons the organisational excellence in the long run.
