Few tips to add interaction to your training courses

Any form of learning can only be called a success when you learn to use it in real life. Imagine having to sit through hours of classes and pouring through countless books and at the end of the day you are not able to bring anything back to your work. This is exactly the kind of thing you can avoid with e-learning. What it has to offer is a style of learning unique from all the others. Learning through interactive game sessions and live role playing will help you get to the finish line faster. And the best part is that you don’t have to follow a preset pattern but rather you are free to make your own pattern.

Learn while you play: As kids we have learnt more outside the door than inside it. What if the same technique can be applied to e-learning? You could include gamification as one of the ways to learn your courses and to train others. Instead of competing with other employees through exams and paper presentations you will not be able to challenge them through interactive game play.  The more you play with them the better you will get to know them on an intellectual and a psychological level.

If you beat another employee or clear a certain amount of levels you are awarded medals and rewards for your abilities.  You are free to organize your skills earned throughout the whole experience until you have everything you set out to achieve.

Bring your friends in the loop:  A good way to add interaction to your training is by involving as many people as you can in the process. Just by playing a few games against the same opponent or with yourself will not add much to your education. To learn more you must push yourself to increase interaction with others. By stepping out of your comfort zone you will familiarize yourself with the art of working in a team.

This is a good way to keep your career on the right path. Every time you come across a problem you can consult with others on your team and move past it. Interaction will prove to be a blessing in disguise. It will push you across your boundaries and encourage you to see the best in others as well as the best in yourself!
